Established in 1998, Silhouette Furniture has successfully established itself in the leisure furniture sector and has grown steadily to become one of South Africa’s leading outdoor furniture brands.

Since the beginning the owners at Silhouette Furniture have kept a very "hands on" management style, which has included a philosophy of "low cost production, uncompromising consistency of quality and adherence to delivery deadlines." We have been importing and manufacturing furniture for the hospitality and retail industry for over 15 years.

Silhouette Furniture has a reputation for providing quality, design orientated leisure furniture to customers such as Wetherlys in the retail industry and Legacy Hotels and Resorts, Protea Hotels, Sun International, First Resorts, Hospitality Property Fund, The City Lodge Group, Southern Sun and others in the hospitality industry.
We have also supplied other independently owned establishments in South Africa and across our borders in Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.

Our local factory is based in Springfield Park, Durban KZN and manufactures most of our ranges of aluminum furniture. Our factory which manufactures our Cane & Wicker and our range of outdoor teak furniture, is based in Indonesia. Our strengths are our flexibility of design, substantial production capacities and successful meeting of delivery deadlines. We have the capability to produce items from shop drawings to actual samples and then to the final product. We welcome visits to our factories in Indonesia and China and the transparent development of the customers own designs.
