PARABELLA COLLECTION

Acrylic is naturally resistant to rotting and mildew and to mild acids and alkalis and so is the most suitable fibre to use in outdoor furnishing fabrics.

In addition the fabric has been treated with Teflon (R) fabric protector, which is a water, oil and general soil repellant finish;
and a fungicide to protect it from mould and mildew. This treatment will not be affected by proprietary detergents and therefore can be washed at 40 C. A warm ironing treatment after washing is also recommended.

Mould or mildew can however grow on soiling, on the fabric so periodic washing is also recommended. In the event of mould or mildew appearing, it can be removed with a mild bleach solution without affecting strength or colour.

We guarantee that fabrics in the PARABELLA & PATIO COLLECTION will not become unserviceable due to fading or loss of strength for three years from date of installation, provided that you retain the sales invoice.

This guarantee does not cover Acts of God, wilful destruction, normal wear and tear or staining by atmospheric pollution. This guarantee covers the replacement of the fabric only and does not cover labour or installation.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEFLON TREATED FABRICS

1. Always treat stains promptly.

2. Sponge the stain, never rub. A gentle blotting action with an absorbent cloth or sponge is most effective.

3. Blot up wet or oil based stains with an absorbent cloth. For solid or semi solid spills, lift off excess before treating using a blunt knife or spatula.

4. If the stain has already dried, gently brush off any excess material, then dab gently with a damp cloth or sponge until it disappears.

5. Never try removing the stain with household detergents such as washing up liquids.

6. Vacuum upholstery regularly to remove accumulated dirt, which can fade colours and accelerate wear. When vacuuming upholstery use the special brushes and nozzles provided to prevent damage and for more effective cleaning.
